At Spear and Arrow we use a variety of cattle bones in our bone broth which benefits from the bone marrow and gelatine. Research suggests that gelatine can benefit various gut illnesses such as leaky gut sydrome, IBS and IBD and therefore maybe considered a beneficial added supplement.

Gelatine is also known to support the joints and tendons therefore drinking bone broth pre or post exercise may help tissue repair.
