Spear & Arrow Delivery Policy

 Collections can be made from Unit 37 Ledcom Industrial Estate, Larne Free of charge.

Delivery will be £4.50 per item ordered anywhere in the UK and Northern Ireland.  If ordering two items please ensure to use the special offer or mix and match  as these items are classed as one item therefore only one delivery charge.

Orders placed Sunday to Thursday will be processed within 24 hours.  Orders placed on a Thursday (pm) -Sunday will be processed on a Monday this reduces the risk of orders remianing in a warehouse for a number of days. 

We have a contract with Fastway Couriers Ireland who will deliver orders within 24 hours  Mon – Thursday (NI only).  Spear and Arrow use Royal Mail First Class service for UK deliveries and unfortunately cannot guarantee 24 hour delivery.  However an ice pack will be used in each delivery and instructions to place broth into a  fridge for 24 hours after delivery to restore the jelly consistency before opening the bottles/jars.
